- The DLSA, Nadia Selection Committee will conduct interviews/personality tests to select Para Legal Volunteers..
- In the event of a high number of applications, preliminary screening may occur with established criteria.

- The Selection Committee's decision on enlisting Para Legal Volunteers is final and binding.
